What. An awful. Week.

First Li and I get on the wrong side of a psychotic alternate. THEN Ivy gets some sort of ludicrous LOL that gives her all the symptoms of pregnancy in maybe a tenth of the normal time she SHOULD have it. NOW I've apparently got two "kids" running around that are some sort of clone hybrid of Edgeworth and I -- and to top it off, GANT may be behind this bullshit somehow, and using Ivy's LOL to set it off. I don't even know how the hell he could've done it. He's got no access to that sort of technology...

Gant. Christ. He's getting along way too well with that creepy boss of Georik's, and he's got a GODDAMN PIN. I don't think I could have a bigger feeling of foreboding if I TRIED. Nexus sucks.

Oh, my. That is quite unsettling.

Your week has been weighed down with enough troubles, and it pains me to know that Bruno has contributed to them.

It.. is rather unfortunate that he found the Sanctuary to begin with. As if myself and Georik do not see him enough at work..

Hey St. Germant. I'm... managing, I guess, despite all the attempts this week to derail me into doing otherwise. I'm sorry your resignation wasn't accepted; that Bruno strikes me as a real bastard, especially now that I've had the dubious pleasure of putting him side-by-side with Gant. You should probably be careful around the guy too. If he's actually got an ally, this doesn't really bode well at all for either you or Georik.

That is wonderful to hear. About your well-being, anyway.

Ahh.. That is my mistake, unfortunately. I was careless and did not research the proper requirements ahead of time. I am stuck with my project for a bit longer.

I wish it was not so difficult for me to stand up against Bruno, though.

I understand, although I am more worried about Georik than myself. Georik works with him all day: I only report back to Bruno, and then leave him to return to my laboratory.

Guys like that do tend to be hard to stand up to. Gant wasn't Chief of Police for two years for nothing. Don't feel too bad about it. But keep an eye on him. I wouldn't be surprised if he's got something nasty up his sleeve.
