RP POST: Nok is a Bastard
Phoenix is not feeling too good at this point.
He's beginning to wish he'd had dinner with Ivy, because he's absolutely starving now. Thirsty, too, though at least he'd had that cup of coffee with her before this all happened. Suddenly, Maya's desire for a banquet once she'd been freed made a lot more sense.
He's also beginning to feel an urge to use the bathroom. On a scale of one to ten it's more of a five, but it's still uncomfortable. Add to that the fact that he's stiff from sitting in the same position for such a long time, sore in the mouth from the gag that was stuffed so thoroughly into his mouth, and soaked with sweat from wearing layers in a humid atmosphere, and he's definitely feeling more miserable than he remembers feeling in a long time.
He's not having much luck finding anything sharp enough, either. He's been looking around, but wherever they are, it's not well lit, and he can't see anything right off the bat. It's enough to make him scream, if he could.
He wants to go home. Now.

"Can't imagine how you humans can eat things when they're so filthy."

"Kind of like Killer Bees, without the sting."

"So you're saying... we're nothing more than insects or beasts? Just a bunch of dumb animals who need to be culled? I can feel so assured knowing you'd be taking over for Kon," he grumbles. "What makes you so much better, anyway? Seems to me that at least beasts and insects don't seem to take pleasure in causing others discomfort."

"I can defend myself, I can see exactly what's different between those like you, and those like me. Face it, compare to you, I am pretty much like God."

An unpleasant grin crosses Phoenix's face. "Sorry, but my own belief system doesn't buy you as being anything more than a self-inflated copy of a good man. Which puts you significantly below godhood, I think." He's feeling bitter. But watching Nok eat that apple isn't doing much for his mood, frankly.

"Tch." He spat out after spending a good minute collecting himself. "Should put a collar on the mutt." He looked at the core, then to Phoenix. "If you're so hungry, have this!" And he used the core as an improvised gag.
"Copy, I'm the upgrade, you pinhead."

Gagged again. Lovely. At least some of the juices from the core are helping with the the thirst a little, though not with the hunger. And he can probably bite through this one given enough time. But it's still annoying.
He glares at Nok. [Guess he doesn't like what I have to say...]
